Updating the UI to match markcom and ADA compliance
Goals: Improve customer acquisition and retention. Update UI to attract new customers and retain existing customers. Achieve brand unity. Updating the User Interface created a consistency with the newly updated marketing style guide. This update allowed us to make changes to the UI for WCAG compliance. Achieve Consistency across devices. Making sure to create a style guide and components made it easy for all developers to get the right assets.

The primary objective was to create a user interface that was the same on all devices, web, iOS and Android that also went with the new marcom style guide. These three interfaces had different teams working on development, this made it so that each app was not consistent to each other. My team was tasked to get a Figma component library created that the devs would pull assets from. We also took the opportunity to get the UI/UX more WCAG compliant with using "alt" descriptions, color theory and titling area that needed it.
Overall, the Fishbowl app has successfully enhanced the inventory management software product offering, positioning the company as a leader in smart inventory technology. The app has received excellent reviews from users, highlighting its reliability, ease of use, and the added security it provides. As a result, Fishbowl has seen increased customer loyalty and a growing user base with record sales, solidifying its reputation in the market.
